Write to hello@stemsplitterlab.com. That mailbox is for bug reports, a model that will not finish downloading, and questions about what the tool does. It is not a support line that can recover a song from your browser. Songs never reach us, so we cannot send them back.
If the model download stops, say which browser you are using and whether it failed on the first attempt or after a change in Help & settings. If a stem sounds wrong, describe the mix in general terms. You do not need to attach the song. Please do not send a file you do not have the right to share.
What a useful note includes
The page you were on, the browser, and what you expected to happen. A sentence is enough. If the tab showed an error, quote that sentence. Screenshots of the player are fine. Screenshots that include a private library of filenames are worth cropping first, because those names stay on your machine unless you choose to send them.
The how it works page covers the model and the licenses. The privacy page covers what is stored locally. If the question is answered there, the email can be short.
